Human Resources Development
Nora has developed and delivered training programs is the field of intercultural communication, leadership, conflict management, team working and management skills, induction training for new staff in large organisations and train the trainer.

Evaluation
Nora is experienced in designing evaluation and monitoring programs, developing indicators, preparing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, evaluating data and reporting. She is certified by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Evaluation (DEGEVAL).

Facilitation
Nora and her colleagues work together with you for making your trainings, seminars, workshops, visits, exchanges or conferences interactive and participative. Nora uses innovative approaches such as Art of Hosting to ensure that the conversations are authentic and meaningful for all involved. She is an officially accredited trainer for the European Commission.
